    Mobile Tracker

    The latest smart phones contain lots of personal data, so there is a high risk of revealing sensitive personal information if you lose your phone. Remote Controls can minimize the risk of losing your personal information by allowing you to lock and wipe your missing mobile remotely. Also, by using the Find my mobile feature, you can find your missing mobile. The following explains how to use Remote Controls.

    Step 1: Samsung account registration

    You need to have a Samsung account to use the Mobile Tracker service.
    1. Select “My account” from the main menu
    2. Select “Samsung account”
    3. If you already have a Samsung account, use your email address and password to log in.
    4. If you don’t have an account, register a new account.

    Step 2: Activate Mobile Tracker

    1. Select “Settings” from the main menu
    2. Select “Security settings”
    3. Select “Mobile Tracker activation”
    4. Enter your mobile password

    Step 3: Using Mobile Tracker via the website

    Follow the next steps to lock your mobile.

    1. 3. Enter your Samsung account password after clicking the “Request remote lock” button
    Follow the next steps to erase data from your mobile.

    1. 3. Enter your Samsung account password after clicking the “Request remote wipe” button
    Follow the next steps to locate your mobile.
    (For legal reasons, this feature is not available in some countries.)

    5. Select “Samsung account”

    2. Select “Mobile Tracker activation”
    3. Enter your 8 character password

    Step 3: Using Mobile Tracker via the website

    1. - Select "Settings" from the main menu
    2. - Select "Accounts & Sync"
    3. - Select "Samsung account"
    4. - If you already have a Samsung account, use your email address and password to log in.
    5. - If you don’t have an account, register a new account.

    Step 2: Activate Remote Controls

    1. After adding a Samsung account, the Remote controls will be automatically activated.
    2. The following process describes how to identify the ON/OFF mode of the remote controls.
    3. - Select "Settings" from the main menu
    4. - Select "Location & Security"
    5. - Check the setting of "Remote Controls"

    Step 3: Using Remote Controls via the website

    Follow next steps to track mobile
    1. 1. Log in to Samsung account
      (If you have more than one device) Select your device.
    2. 2. Click Find my mobile to find the location of mobile.
    3. 3. Click "Start tracking" to track route of mobile.
    Follow next steps to display a message, restrict outgoing calls and lock remotely.
    1. 1. Log in to Samsung account
    2. (If you have more than one device) Select your device.
    3. 2. Click "Lock my mobile"
    4. 3. Type messages to be displayed on your mobile.
    5. 4. Enter one mobile number to allow call.
    6. 5. Enter lock password
    7. 6. Enter log in password
    8. 7. Click "Lock" button
    Follow the next steps to ring your mobile.
    1. 1. Log in to Samsung account
    2. (If you have more than one device) Select your device.
    3. 2. Click "Ring my mobile"
    4. 3. Enter log in password
    5. 4. Click "Ring"
    6. * To stop your mobile:

    Click "Stop" button on mobile

    Follow next steps to check call logs.
    1. 1. Log in to Samsung account
    2. (If you have more than one device) Select your device.
    3. 2. Click "Call logs"
    4. 3. Click "Retrieve"

    5. 4. Enter log in password
